When people think of pelvic health they often mistakenly believe that it is solely a women's issue. It is not. Pelvic pain, incontinence, constipation and other symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction occur in men, women and children. It leads to feelings of embarrassment and isolation in many. In today's episode we talk about all of it. There is no such thing as TMI (too much information). Whether it's pain during sex, pain following abdominal surgery, a leaking bladder or urgency to go to the washroom, we want people to know that there is help.
